In-Person Session at My Reiki Room in Quinton - 1 Hour
Come to my dedicated Reiki room in Quinton, VA for a full in-person session. We'll begin with a brief conversation about your intentions for the session, then you'll lie fully clothed on my Reiki table while I channel energy to wherever it's most needed. We'll close with time to share observations and ground back in. About 40–45 minutes of Reiki, with 15–20 minutes for before and after discussion.

A 90-minute in-person session in your home gives us time to slow down, address multiple areas, and let the Reiki work fully. Ideal for clients who've been through something significant, are in the middle of a major transition, or simply want the gift of extended, uninterrupted healing time. About 65–70 minutes of Reiki with 20 minutes for discussion. Travel up to 35 miles from Quinton, VA.

Sound
During your session, I may use bells, chimes, and signing bowls to help the flow and raise vibrations. Sound isn’t just about what your ears and brain perceive. These vibrations permeate every part of your body, down to the cells and molecules. They can help bring your physical, mental, and energy system back into alignment.

Crystals
Crystals are powerful energetic tools. Each one holds its own vibrational frequency and can transmute and transform energy. I use various crystals in my sessions that have been infused with Reiki energy and are cleared between each client.

Smudging and Candles
Smudging tools such as Sage, Rosemary or Palo Santo will be used to cleanse the space and purify the energy, creating a calm and sacred environment for healing. I may use candles to enhance the atmosphere and focus intention. Both elements work together to facilitate a deeper connection to Rei and yourself.
