  • Yes! Reiki transcends time and space, enabling effective distance healing. Sessions can be done remotely by sending healing energy across distance through focused intention and visualization, allowing the recipient to receive the benefits without being physically present.

  • Yes! Animals can benefit from Reiki as it helps to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and promote healing and overall well-being. I use gentle, non-invasive techniques to channel healing energy to animals, which can be especially helpful for those recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic conditions, or experiencing emotional distress.

  • During a Reiki session, you can expect to feel a deep sense of relaxation, calmness, and peace. You may experience physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a gentle breeze.

    Some individuals may experience temporary physical or emotional effects such as fatigue, increased thirst, or emotional release during and after a session.

Policies/ Terms and Conditions

  • Full Payment is due at booking, unless previously agreed upon.

    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will be refunded in full.

    Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your session will be refunded 50% at my discretion.

    If you are a no-call, no-show for your session, you will be charged full price for the session.

    Payment Terms

    Payment is due at time of booking through the secure online payment system.

    Gratuity is not included in the price of a session, but are certainly appreciated if you are drawn to give a tip.

    Refunds are provided only in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • I take health and safety seriously. The space is regularly cleaned and sanitized, and I follow all relevant health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for my clients.

    I practice Reiki out of my home Reiki Room. I do have a very friendly dog in the home. If you are very allergic, it may be a good idea to schedule a in home session or a distance session.

    Code of Conduct

    Clients are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during sessions. I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions at any time for any inappropriate behavior.

    Services Provided

    Sirius and the Wren offers Reiki healing sessions as a form of complementary therapy for people and animals. Christina Roka is not a licensed medical care provider and is not rendering personal medical advice or treatment. Consult your(or your pet’s) healthcare provider when adding complementary alternative healing modalities to your(or their) self-care practice.

    I, the client, understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care. 

    I, the client, understand that the Reiki practitioner does not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe medicines, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I or my pet may have.  

    I, the client, understand that the practitioner may use essential oils in the room and burn herbs during the session. If I, the client, am allergic to any specific scent or substance, I understand, I must disclose this information to the Reiki Practitioner.

  • Because my products are handmade in small batches and contain skin-contact ingredients, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. All sales are final.

    That said, I genuinely want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right -- whether that's a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

    To start a claim, email me at siriusandthewren@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. I'll get back to you within 3 business days.

    A note on scent and sensitivities: essential oil blends are personal -- what works beautifully for one person may feel too strong or too subtle for another. Because scent preference isn't something I can predict, I'm not able to offer exchanges for personal scent preference. If you're unsure which blend is right for you, I'm always happy to chat before you order.

    A note on spray nozzles: Sometimes a spray nozzle can clog, especially if the bottle has been sitting for a bit. Before reaching out, try this: remove the sprayer top, rinse it under warm water, and replace it. If it's still not spraying evenly, try pumping it a few times with the nozzle pointed away from you. This clears most clogs quickly. If you've tried both and it's still not working, get in touch -- I've got you.

    Shake before each use. Patch test recommended before use. Not for use on broken or irritated skin.
